...from the President
Welcome to the Bedford Surveyors 1921 club. We aim to provide surveyors based in Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas an opportunity to share knowledge of current property matters including local infrastructure projects, legislative changes and best practice.
Our network of property professionals includes people working in a broad spectrum of property disciplines. We run monthly CPD events from October to April and we want to encourage more member engagement with the club to get back to where we were before Covid. We are hoping to encourage members to attend more regularly and stay to network afterwards.
We will be putting our programme of CPD together over the coming weeks with topics such a RAAC and the Building Safety Act likely to be included. Our expert speakers comprise a mix of club members and external professionals.
I hope you are encouraged to join the club, attend the events we are putting on and stay to network afterwards. I look forward to getting to know you all better across this years’ events.

Will is this years annual dinner speaker. Will is a vineyard broker with long-standing expertise in viticulture, advising new and existing vineyard operators and landowners on site selection and land acquisition in the UK.
A raffle will be held to support the President’s Charity, The East Midlands Air Ambulance.
