If you are able to join us, we would very much appreciate it if you could take a lateral flow test on the day of the event, if you are able to do so. This is not, however, compulsory. We will not be checking.

Please sanitise your hands upon arrival (sanitiser will be made available).

When you pick up your name badge, please sign in using your own pen on the attendance sheet provided.

Windows and doors will be open to allow for circulation so please dress appropriately.

Chairs will be organised with slightly more spacing than normal. 

Face masks are optional.

If food/refreshments are provided, please only pick up food you intend to eat and do not put anything back onto serving plates.
