Black Cat Project Update
Paul Salmon
Paul Salmon of National Highways will provide a timely update on one of the largest construction and infrastructure projects in the region. The new A421 and upgraded roundabout layout are expected to open in Spring 2027, followed by the final opening of the new A1 underpass in mid-Summer 2027.
